Youth and Elder Council
“The main thing is to be moved, to love, to hope, to tremble, to live.”
All art programs are developed through the Rise Advisory Council made up of First Nations, Professional Musicians, Artists, youth and local professionals. Programs are designed to enhance culture, skills, education, employment and youth business. InnerVibe programs are Technology Design based with a traditional arts framework. Please review the programs and projects below to see how InnerVibe can inspire positive change and promote intellectual growth.

The Rise Advisory Council is made up of First Nation youth and Elders to assist and validate cultural art, stories, song and dance. The council is there to support projects with cultural integrity, and to inform youth about their heritage. It is the Council's belief that youth need to know who they are before they know where they're heading.

Mural Arts Program
Youth Of Today Society has produced more than 24 murals to date, with the first one being the back of the Hougen Centre where it still exists today. Several murals are apparent in the city today, and a couple of the most iconic would be on the wood street annex and the Royal Bank Building. We still produce murals today as a fundraiser for our arts program and anyone interested in dressing up their building inside or out, you can contact us directly.

Youth Of Today Society has been painting the town since 2000.
